These are words that we think best describe
who we are as a company:
Family usually refers to people related by blood.
But we try to create an atmosphere in the
workplace that feels more like home.
In my home there is authentic concern for one
another, accountability to one another,
competition between one another, loyalty to
one another, service of one another and fun
with one another. If these characteristics
are present within our business atmosphere,
then we will continue to be a healthy business
and a global leader in the world of supply chain companies.
Partnership refers to how we view all of our customers. We want to relate to and communicate with our customers as though we are teammates. If we see ourselves as an extension of each of our clients, then we will treat them exactly like we would treat ourselves. And when our customers succeed, then we too will succeed if it is viewed through the perspective of partnership.
Excellence is what we aspire for in all of our work and hopefully our life. In other words, if something is worth doing, why not do it to the BEST of our God given ability? It’s a question that all of us humans need to ask one another and it’s a question I ask my children frequently……. “Did you do your BEST?” If we are willing to keep pushing ourselves to do our best work here at UWT Logistics, then we will experience much fulfillment as we continue to achieve our goals and influence the lives of those around us.
